Having run a successful holiday home cleaning business, JL Cleaning, for over 7 years, she has cared for countless holiday properties and understands exactly what owners and guests want from a management, letting, and luxury accommodation aspect.
Knowing that she could deliver an exceptionally high standard of client care to both holiday property owners and holidaymakers, Jessica set up Cornish Holiday Letting Agency, Cornish Keepers, as a sister company to JL Cleaning. Using her wealth of property management experience, she’s bringing together a portfolio of high-end Cornish holiday homes that are managed with a personal touch, and of course, cleaned and maintained to a 5-star standard.

Our luxury holiday homes are stocked with carefully selected biodegradable, natural, and reusable products to lessen our carbon footprint. Think plant-based washing-up liquid, wooden dish brushes, biodegradable sponges, and eco-friendly dishwasher tablets. We even remember handy essentials such as bamboo toilet paper and kitchen roll, plastic-free refuse sacks, and recycled tin foil – as we know these thoughtful touches make guests feel instantly at home.
Supporting local Cornish businesses
We source Trevarno Organic Hand Wash from a local Cornish skincare brand called Trevarno Skincare, which is based just down the road from us on a farm in Helston. Guests adore the hand-blended, refreshing fragrances of sea kelp, lime & bay, avocado, lemongrass & thyme, and pink grapefruit & sweet orange.
We also provide a welcome hamper that’s full of goodies from lovely Cornish companies. A scrumptious Buttermilk Caramel Sea Salt Fudge and a welcoming bottle of Prosecco are both sourced from award-winning online Cornish grocery store, The Cornish Food Box Company. Additionally, we include a luxury handmade chocolate treat from Kernow Chocolate.

Owner, Jessica, handcrafts her own range of cleaning products in Cornwall from all-natural ingredients, meaning Cornish Keepers’ properties are free of the harsh chemicals and toxins found in many off-the-shelf cleaning products. Whether eco-friendly multi-surface cleaner, dust cleaner, or glass cleaner, all of Jessica’s products are fragranced with heavenly essential oils such as eucalyptus, lemon, and grapefruit. Not only do they smell lovely, but they are extremely effective at keeping our holiday homes beautifully fresh and clean, in a planet-friendly way. Oh, and we reduce plastic waste by reusing bottles too!
